Do you provide International delivery?
We offer international delivery on all items.
How do I track my order?
After your order has been shipped you will receive an email including tracking informations.
Package Lost or Stolen
We are not responsible If a package is marked as "Delivered" but has not arrived or has been stolen.
We only mark orders as 'Not Arrived' or 'Lost' after 21 days have passed.
If 21 days have passed and you still have not received your package please get in contact directly through email: weebyspace@gmail.com
Unfortunately we do not issue refunds as our products are made to order but we can offer replacements.
If an order goes missing in the post It is on the buyer to follow up with their local post office since once the package has left our warehouse it is outside our control.
Product Smell
When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent.
Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.
Customs Duty Fees
It is possible to incur a customs duty fee upon delivery of your package if your order is of high value and over your countries import threshold. Please double-check the threshold of your country as we have no control over how much they can charge for importing from another country
Refused or Unclaimed Delivery
Refused or Unclaimed Delivery - Shipments refused by the customer or left unclaimed (for example, at customs) are most often returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of any replacement and reshipment.
